riya arora - the founder - is building straight circle india as an inquiry into realms of empathy, art and collective possibility. she is a community psychologist, art therapist and artist based in punjab, india.

riya graduated from jesus and mary college, university of delhi with a b.a.(hons) in sociology, before she went on to the jindal institute of behavioural sciences, where she completed a m.sc. in applied community psychology. always deeply interested in art and its innate connection to our humanness - riya got certified in arts-based therapy from the indian institute of psychology and research, bengaluru university.
